Fernando Barata Editions is an online art gallery offering limited-edition fine art prints and hand-signed Collector Editions created by artist Fernando Barata.

2. Products
Each artwork is presented with its description, dimensions and selling price.
Because colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings, minor differences between the online images and the final printed artwork do not constitute a defect.

3. Made-to-order production
All Open Prints are produced exclusively after an order has been placed.
Collector Editions are individually hand-signed by Fernando Barata and include a certificate of authenticity.

4. Prices
All prices are displayed in the currency selected on the website.
Applicable taxes are calculated during checkout where required.
Shipping costs are shown before payment.

5. Payment
Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and the payment methods displayed during checkout.
Fernando Barata Editions never stores customers' payment information.

6. Shipping
Orders are produced after payment has been confirmed.
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and may vary depending on production, destination and carrier.
Fernando Barata Editions cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities or events beyond its reasonable control.

7. Returns and damaged artworks
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
If an artwork arrives damaged or defective, customers should contact us within seven (7) days of delivery and provide photographs of both the artwork and the packaging.
Where appropriate, a replacement artwork will be provided at no additional cost.

8. Intellectual Property
All artworks, images, photographs, texts, logos and other content displayed on this website are protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws.
No artwork or content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published or used without the prior written permission of Fernando Barata Editions.
The purchase of an artwork transfers ownership of the physical print only and does not transfer any intellectual property rights.

9. Limitation of liability
Fernando Barata Editions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or from the purchase of artworks, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

10. Governing law
These Sales Conditions are governed by the laws of France.
Consumers continue to benefit from any mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in their country of residence.
