Shipping Policy
Fernando Barata Editions ships worldwide.
Open Prints are produced exclusively to order and are typically dispatched within 5–10 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Collector Editions are individually hand-signed by Fernando Barata and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. As each Collector Edition requires additional preparation due to hand-signing and certification, estimated lead times will be communicated individually where applicable.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination, customs procedures, and local carriers. Any delivery dates provided are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email including tracking information once their order has been dispatched.

Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@fernandobarataeditions.com and include:

- your order number;
- photographs of the outer packaging;
- photographs showing the damage or defect.

After reviewing your claim, we will arrange, where appropriate, a replacement artwork at no additional cost or another appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law.
